4. Product Information & Availability
- We make every effort to display accurate product details, pricing, and stock.
- Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Availability may change, and we reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable or incorrectly priced. Customers will be notified, and refunds (if applicable) will be processed promptly.
5. Orders & Payment
- Placing an order is considered an offer to buy. Orders are confirmed once processed and dispatched.
- Payments can be made via Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, card, or wallet (where available).
- For COD orders, customers must provide correct contact details for verification.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
- Delivery time: 2–5 working days (may vary by location).
- Delays caused by courier services, weather, or external factors are beyond our control.
7. Returns & Exchanges
- Customers can request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving the product.
- Wrong or faulty products must be reported within 3 working days, with proof (photo/video).
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, with serial number intact.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.

8. Warranty
- All Osaka Lighting products carry a 01-Year Warranty against manufacturing faults.
- Warranty claims require the serial number on the product and proof of purchase.
- Warranty does not cover misuse, power surges, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

9. Intellectual Property
- All content on this Site, including text, images, graphics, and logos, belongs to Osaka Lighting and may not be copied or used without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Osaka Lighting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
