Shipping & Delivery Policy – Osaka Lighting
At Osaka Lighting, we are committed to delivering your products quickly, safely, and reliably. Whether you’re ordering LED lights or solar systems, our delivery process is designed to give you peace of mind from checkout to doorstep.
Delivery Methods
We currently offer two convenient delivery options:
- Home Delivery via Our Partnered Courier Service (TCS)
- Self-Pickup from Osaka Lighting Display Centers
1. Delivery via Courier Service

Delivery Time:
o Karachi: 2–3 working days
o Other Major Cities: 3–5 working days
o Remote/Extended Areas: 5–7 working days -
Shipping Charges:
o Orders above Rs. 1500 qualify for Free Shipping.
o Orders below this threshold are charged based on weight and destination. -
Order Processing:
o Orders placed before 3 PM (Monday–Saturday) are processed on the same day.
o Orders placed after 3 PM or on Sundays/public holidays are processed the next working day. -
Tracking:
o Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS/email with a tracking number.
o You can track your order directly on the courier partner’s website. -
Special Instructions:
o You can add delivery notes during checkout, and our team will do its best to follow them.
Order Process & Confirmation
- Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email/SMS & WhatsApp
- Orders are only processed after verification and confirmation.
- If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages.
Shipped Orders & Delivery
- All shipments are carefully packed to prevent damage.
- Multiple shipments may have different tracking numbers for easier monitoring.
- You’ll receive SMS/email notifications at every step: Order Confirmed → Dispatched → Out for Delivery → Delivered.
