Warranty Policy - Osaka Lighting

Process of Warranty Claim

  • Fill out the warranty claim form on our website.
  • Provide the serial number printed on the product along with proof of purchase.
  • Our customer care team will contact you within 2 working days to guide you through the claim

Warranty Coverage (1 Year)

All Osaka Lighting products come with a 01-Year Warranty from the date of purchase, provided the serial number on the product matches our purchase records. 

Covered under warranty:

  • Product not functioning properly upon delivery.
  • Wrong product delivered (unused, unopened, in original packaging).
  • Product develops a manufacturing fault within 1 year of normal use.

Services offered:

  • Free repair or replacement within the warranty period, depending on the nature of the fault.
  • Faulty or damaged products must be reported within 3 working days of delivery, with video proof of unboxing.

Not Covered Under warranty:

  • Serial number mismatch between product and purchase record.
  • Misuse, liquid damage, physical abuse, or normal wear and tear.
  • Unauthorized tampering, modification, or repair attempts.
  • Damage caused by accidents, lightning, or power surges.
  • Warranty seal broken, serial number removed, or label tampered.

Important Notes

  • Products without a valid serial number will not qualify for replacement and may only be eligible for repair.
  • Warranty applies only to manufacturing faults, not user-related damage.
  • Osaka Lighting reserves the right to make the final decision on each claim after inspection.
